Yes, I feel like it's an obligation because after getting to know many cultures through the last few years, I developed a lot as a human being and I believe that this is so that I can share my experiences with future generations so that they have better lives and face less challenges as well.

In your position as an international footballer you are in a very strong place to get through to younger people and especially men. Do you feel it's your duty to do that?

Yes, I believe these themes aren't easy to discuss, but considering the place I am in and the kind of voice and visibility that I have, I believe that it is a mission to talk about these kinds of subjects, and encourage other people and other areas of society to also join these debates.

And you're not afraid to tackle difficult topics, are you, really? You've talked about grief, you've talked about depression, you've talked about mental health issues, particularly in men. Do you not find that a bit daunting?

And how does technology allow you to do this?

For sure, technology helps me a great deal because it increases the reach and the power of these stories that I want to and it helps in terms of getting more people to know these stories about the power of human beings
