Republicans created Trump, you can't be against it, he is you. If you've all of a sudden grown a conscience and are genuinely against Trump, then you need to slink away in shame, because even when Trump is gone, Republicans will all be just as terrible as him.

Unfortunately, there are really no 'good guys' in this story. The pediatrician at the center reacted rashly and outside of his professional scope. The specialist and CPS agency made numerous assumptions. It seems more like everyone involved was more interested in asserting their power than the child

Also, there isn't evidence of any pattern of abuse (they have a healthy older child who they already raised out of infancy). There isn't any specific safety concern noted in the article. A past injury isn't necessarily an indication of abuse by itself, there are many potential causes.

Again, this was a medical issue that the parents identified and sought medical help for ( he was born small as well and the parents also identified that he was possibly in pain). It was their concern and they were addressing it themselves. Again, not evidence of neglect or abuse.
