I made carrot soup 🥕
A mix of stir-fried onion and garlic with carrot and ginger, cooking on a pot The previous mixture submerged in chicken stock The veggies have been liquified in the pot. Milk and pepper was added at this point The final carrot soup, now served in a white ceramic bowl with croutons on top.
