Still remember the first book I read as a kid. It was called flyaway. Just a silly little book with like one sentence per page.

Ok, someone more educated than me, explain why getting closer from 8.1 to 7.3 ph makes it more acidic? Isn't 7 Neutral?
Until it crosses 7, it should be just less Alkaline, but again I don't know if that is good for teeth or not.

After letting the canned tomatoes sit for a while,, boil some, and slowly drop a couple of whisked eggs into them. That was one of my staple foods while living in China. Makes a great soup.
