Smooth marble block building with large columns, typical of Federal Triangle, with a quadruple funnel lamp thing guarding the massive ornate door. The ornate door of the Office of the Attorney General, notable for being nearly 10 meters tall with just as many square black spirals.

J Edgar Hoover FBI building in all of its blocky glory. The left face of the building is faintly lit by an unseen sunset. A few of the recessed square windows have indoor ceiling lights visible through the tinted glass. The “old” entrance to the FBI’s J. Edgar Hoover Building. This brutalist style building was built decades ago and, in some places, has a crumbling concrete facade. It’s remarkably blocky and square. The roundest thing about the place is a camera post, which probably runs around the clock.
