This came from a Minnesota Star Tribute, and it states at the beginning of the article: "People with direct knowledge of a letter Vance Boelter addressed to the FBI say it is rambling and conspiratorial."
Boeltner is a madman.. His letter to the FBI does nothing but signify he's psychotic.
