Nobody talks about the stress such flights cause to the cabin and flight crews. I did up to five legs in one day, it was much more tiring than an Atlantic crossing.

Back in the days, cabin crews would handle medical emergencies without even letting the cockpit crew know. We saved lives and kept on calmly.
