The bigger problem is that there's a lot of people who can't distinguish. The the food made by quacks VS a 5 star meal hand crafted and delivered by someone with a PHD.

I'd tend to agree but in most cases I don't think listening to others is a bad thing. Like we Live in a big fairly complex world. And part of that is we all can't have proficient levels of understanding for all thing, that's why we have Experts in given fields.

Well they don't even pretend to be about "facts don't care about your feelings" anymore. It was always a grift.It's just now that literally every major mainstream republican just runs on lies. Hell at this point I don't think any of them are even remotely interested in coming off as intellectuals.

Oh I completely agree.
I'm just really concerned that elements of the left will start abandoning the merits of truth the way that we're right has. I'm already seeing a bunch of people putting on tinfoil hats and claiming that there was mass voter and election fraud.

Yeah and I completely get that. It's just i'm seeing the same fantasies that a lot of members of the radical right have been mirrored by Libs and the left. The idea that now that there their opponents are going to experience these policies that they are completely flipped their entire worldview.
