How is this not illegal street design?

By which I mean the door zone for parked cars. Much more difficult to counteract when the car is in the lane!

I believe there are some stretches of Cowley Rd where the bike lane is right in the door zone. Terrible design. I always ride beyond the door zone just in case.

Is that all to cover the state pension? And is it increasing because the UK’s demographics are rapidly heading in the wrong direction, or just to meet the triple lock?

I quite like Sanders of Oxford on the High Street, the one that sells antique maps and prints. I’ve bought a few gifts from there. A lot of nice and very old things are surprisingly cheap!

Lots of segregated cycle lanes would do the trick.
