You can just... Not get the achievements. God forbid someone wants to play the game differently than you. Personally, I'm a completionist. I enjoy playing games and doing everything they have and finding all the secrets and stuff, so I like achievements. If you don't that's cool, but it's not "work"

I understand this is a rant and achievements, but this specific ones seems like a very easily solved problem. Just don't make it an achievement. You really don't have to. You can make your achievements very few and very basic, such as story checkpoints or hard optional content completion

Yet at the same time, hard work and certain types of work should be rewarded more than others. A doctor should make more than, say, a food delivery person. You should be able to live comfortably without work, but work should give you more lavish lifestyles if you want one
