The Factual Allegations are an impressive list of Admin transgressions that they accuse their enemies of. Through power granted by a compliant Congress the Admin gets concessions through bullying instead of by being right. May this suit succeed both on its merits and as an example of how to fight.

This administration deserves no deference for knowing who is a criminal vs a convenient body to snatch from the street as evidenced by the many overwhelming number of those inappropriately detained. Thank goodness SCOTUS is not giving them that deference in this case.

"Key issue" is transgender policy. The claim that that can overcome fascist positions on due process, disregard of Congress, utter incompetence of his cabinet, and the worst grift ever inflicted on this country is absurd either as an observation, or worse, as commentary on the American people.

Administrative warrant not signed by a judge. Surely an actual judge can't be forced to submit to such a "warrant".
