McQueens greatest movie was Cool Hand Luke - one of the greatest movies of all time. Rod Steiger beat Newman that year for best actor for In The Heat of The Night - another one of the greatest movies of all time. At least Peppard got best supporting actor for Cool Hand Luke. Watch them all.

I'm not convinced. As a UK ex-pat I don't see the UK taking the fight to Trump, they don't seem to have figured it out yet. I'm worried. They seemed surprised he would talk to Putin!! Where have you been???

W has a lot of responsibility for this. IF, and he never did, he would have come out said he would not vote for tRUMP, things would have been different. Would have turned a few R's to stay home. But then again W, is just another spineless Republican. And here we are.

100%. There is also at the sub-plot that there is a huge segment of the population who will never, and I mean NEVER, vote for a democrat. It is instilled in them from birth. They will not do it. No matter the candidate, no matter the facts. The best we can hope for is that they sit out an election.
