High Estrogen is essential during pregnancy, so this isn't referring to that. High estrogen is a concern when it becomes dominant, causing menstrual health issues & reproductive disorders like endometriosis. Thanks for the link... I'll take a look!

But when it's too high, especially relative to progesterone that's where issues start to arise. In that instance, liver detoxification plays a role. What are your thoughts?

Detoxification is referring to the livers ability to help breakdown estrogen and eliminate the excess. Not that estrogen is toxic for women as estrogen is an essential hormone!

I'm actually pro person-centred! What works for one women doesn't work for all! HRT is a great solution for many women. It's about finding the right approach for the individual. Wouldn't you agree?

It depends on what type of PCOS. The most common is insulin-resistant. Different types require different things. A good starting point for all types is nutrition... a nutrient-rich diet particularly in protein, fibre, antioxidants & anti inflammatory foods. Drop me a DM to chat more if you'd like!
