We can stop mistaking avoidance for inability — and finally see it for what it is: a choice.

Letting go isn’t giving up on someone’s humanity.
It’s giving up the belief that you can grow for them.

And that release is where your peace begins.
It’s where clarity starts to land

And no amount of rescuing, explaining, or “just one more conversation” can shift someone who’s committed to staying the same.

What we can do is stop holding our breath waiting for potential to become reality.
We can stop carrying the responsibility for someone else’s emotional work.

You don’t have to have it all together to begin. You just have to take a breath and take one small step.
