Mix of blender clay tutorials that I tried to translate to unreal’s material editor as best I could and made it triplanar to keep it uniform. Most of it is mixing voronoi/perlin noise for displacement and adding a fingerprint texture (www.cgbookcase.com/textures/fin...) for normals and roughness :)
