While I’m delighted to see any butterflies utilizing the plants, it also breaks me just a bit that I almost invariably only ever see one at a time. Bittersweet.

Lettuce & spinach are doing well under the greenhouse plastic.

The babies are growing. Right now it’s cool weather veg: onions, leeks, shallots, broccoli & cauliflower. It won’t be long before it’ll be time to start some of the native plant seeds, too.
