It's definitely an artist struggle. When reviewing the page before updating the website, I noticed "Oh, the ear is too close to the rest of the face. The eyes look too big and what emotion is he supposed to be showing?" I felt if I'm having these issues and confusion then my readers will, too.

I agree. The fundamentals are important when making art. It teaches you how and why something is rendered or shaped a certain way. Shortcuts and streamlining processes can be useful when making lots of art, but using shortcuts without understanding the fundamentals first will hurt you down the road.

Julian would make a cup of coffee and read. Ginn would make a cup of coffee and complain 🤣

I totally get it. It's been over a decade for me since I did karaoke at cons (or even been to one). I did karaoke at a local bar a few months ago at a friend's birthday celebration and was so nervous.

In that time frame, my artwork and anatomy have improved. Normally, artists should learn to declare a page done. Buuuuuuuut when the hands look THIS bad...an exception can be made. 🤣

It takes a lot of courage to post your stories and OCs in the first place even taking into consideration AI and public scrutiny. Your passion and want to share your creations with others, though, should help you cross that hurdle and reward you with joy and pride in your creations and hard work.
