My suggestions are try Epley Maneuver if you are having Vertigo. I would say regardless see an ENT who specializes in Otolaryngology/Neurotology. Have them check what exactly is causing issue is it Meniere's, BPPV something affecting vestibular nerve like say TMG, potentially blocked eustachian tube
