sounds like u need some sensory sunglasses 😎 i use red ones cause it helps me get sleepy and for when i'm in crowds and can't stop getting fascinated by all the ppl around me it turns down the colour noise which makes it easier to calm down a bit... plus they're heart shaped so i look like 😍
