I made a sushi cake earlier this year for my kids birthday!

I made this executive functioning board for Big Kid Ginger and I am v proud of it
A white poster board with cartoon graphics on it depicting executive functioning skills. The top section is called "zones of regulation" and is split up into green, yellow, red, and blue zones. Green contains emojis depicting "calm, brave, happy, safe, focused", yellow zone is "excited, silly, scared, anxious, annoyed", red zone is "nervous, shocked, frustrated, angry", and the blue zone is "sad, sick, tired, brave". The next section on the board is called "I need..." and contains cartoon graphics depicting various activities and exercises meant to help with self-regulation. They include "body break, 5 senses exercise, fresh air, butterfly taps, quiet time, hand breathing exercise, fidget toy, Yoto player, rest, belly breathing exercise". The last section is called "Routines" and includes "use the toilet, eat, brush teeth, get dressed, put on shoes, and put on pyjamas". Its use is for my child who is autistic and has ADHD.
