She also said my retainer might keep it from healing. But I kind of need to wear that so my teeth don’t move, sooo… 😬 I guess I’ll try wearing it every other night and see how that goes. If it can’t heal I might need to get the retainer itself adjusted

What’s crazier is at that same appt, the assistant made me a deformed removable retainer that I had to go back and get fixed too. So that’s why my first week was so awful. Evil perma wire + evil retainer = extreme pain. All during my week off from work 😭
