How about when the party are sneaking up on the villains and the GM says that the weather is so bad that you will not need a stealth check, Do not insist on a stealth check and get a d100 crit fail to alert the villains.

I know it is an early work of yours, but would a remake of Neverwhere be on the books given its themes?

Not for me but a player in a game I ran got a double critical fail on a d100 (1-3) whilst flying through a forest with grappling devices. First fail they hit a tree, second fail they broke their spine. Unfortunately they were on their own trying to get a force to rescue the party.

Nintendo Switch. I think they have several active games available. Just make sure it will actually connect with the dock and is the version with the removable handsets.
