One of my favorite treats for the last year on my #mounjaro journey is Protein pudding. It has helped me to lose 73 lbs. I have been trying different flavors of protein shakes. This was good but wasn't as minty as I would have liked. My treat had 220 calories 15 g protein and 6 g of fiber.

Happy Holidays my friends :) My sweet rescued Cairn Terrier (Fozzie) who has been by my side for 10 years now.. he's stubborn as all get out but draws laughter and smiles from me on the daily. Oh and also my advent puzzle is puppies :D

My 38 yo daughter sitting on the floor at my house creating a memory book for my 80yo mom who had a stroke last Tuesday. She was paralyzed on one side and non-verbal but her recovery has been remarkable - speaking now and only has minor gaps in memory at the moment.

TFW: it's been a couple years since you modified your mech keyboard (Drop ctrl - TKL) and you have multiple kits to build in varying sizes but you can't let this one go @FiftyPlusTech

Don't know exactly when this was or if someone handed me that Newsweek :D My dad was in the Air Force and we moved a lot (in fact we'd lived in both Germany & Sardinia) OH and that's my UNCLE who is just a couple years younger than I am :D (circa 1970s)

It wasn't until the end of his life that my father and I finally connected. Genius IQ, DBA and C programmer.. with a wicked sense of humor. The type of humor that you had to really think about and would chuckle later when it finally clicked :) He's been gone for 18 years now..

Hi @JohnMu I try not to bug you too much but I have a conundrum here.. one of our sites got hit by the Dec 4-Dec 5 - Redirect error - and since then we have not been able to get the site to index (does fine in Bing :D)

my little office companion got his hair did - thank goodness for quality mobile groomers - love this photo the groomer sent me :) He did good - loves water - doesn't mind nails clipped but hates the dremel :D #fozzmeister #fozzie #dogsoftwitter

Loving my #ender3v2 - learning more and more every day - I've had my 3d printer for six weeks now. Just setup time lapse on my OctoPi for future prints but I was tickled at this print - I didn't know the 0 was a gyroscope! I pushed it and thought I broke it haha :D

I will probably bawl like a baby when 12:01am 1/1/21 hits. We lost too many souls this year..some I knew. My kids got covid..friends and loved ones got it. Some survived..some didn't. I stayed employed but most of the people around me did not.

2002-2003 I was just getting into Open Source Content management systems and apparently I built my site on Silva - I would then go on to specialize in consultation, integration and theme customization for the PloneCMS - then WordPress.. now technical search optimization :)
