I punctured my leg on a tree limb after my brother pushed me off a rock face while I was sitting on a toboggan. Seemed like a good idea at the time but I ended up in emergency.

I have started using epoxy finish on my tables. Flatness becomes crucial then because epoxy will not cover correctly if there are low spots. Lessons learned the hard way !

I find the most challenging part of these projects is trying to move the piece around after glue up. A large dining top is heavy & unwieldily.

I just started using epoxy on table projects. Definitely a learning curve. Very happy with the results but each project does have some flaws.

Arches is one of our favourite hiking destinations but we won’t be going down there anytime soon. So sad.

I bought a pair of snowshoes when I was 16 & they are still going strong with the original leather harness ( I’m 63 now ).

My workshop is an unheated garage in Canada. I have the same challenges. For a few winter months, I do not woodshop at all.
