He's known for numerous successful escapes and regular attempts to break out.
Before this last attempt, his attire was hijacked by the prison's warden to display visual signals and assist in recapture.
His usual behavior ranges from chaotic-neutral to comically evil. He would hit you with a real stop sign if you tried to slow him down during an escape, or display washing-machine symbols among the warnings on his outfit if he was thinking of shoving you in one for being too noisy.
