Did you know peppers are perennials? They’re just not cold hardy. Anyway, this is the second yr for my ghost pepper and it’s so big and so loaded with flowers and im kind of scared of what’s coming.

First attempt at casting lace turned out ok. Had some technical issues with the burn out kiln, so the molds got somewhat over heated. Ended up casting in brass instead of silver, but that’s ok. It has a rotting finery thing I think I like.

Got the lace in the canister ready to cast. Hopefully, this comes out well, I mixed my investment ( plaster used to make the mold) a bit thick and I’m worried about air bubbles.
We shall see, and then we shall know.

Everything about Vinyl is annoying to work with, but she’s so pretty we put up, and she knows it.
Vinyls are a solid film on woven backing, so any holes are there forever, use clips, not pins.
I have retro reflective piping too, to make this even tackier!
