Depending on what sort of vibe you want, I'd recommend OOO, Geats, or Kuuga. OOO is what I started with, and was my favourite for a good while, Geats is a great modern series, Kuuga is an older one which you'll love it you love the vibe of older shows.

I started with Kamen Rider OOO, and it's still one of my favourites. I'd also recommend Den-O (my favourite), Kuuga (haven't finished but has incredible vibes), and Geats!

OOO is so fucking good, easily my 2nd favourite rider series, right behind Den-O (same head writer, she's the GOAT)

They also have the first 2 episodes of almost every Kamen rider series on YouTube, so that's a good place to check out other ones and see if they interest you (I'd recommend OOO, Fourze, and W if you're interested in more after Geats)

There's been a new one every year since 2000, airing weekly. Kamen Rider Buffa (character op is talking about) is from Kamen Rider Geats, if you're interested

Also personally I'd recommend starting with episode 2, as the first episode was the only episode not written by the creators, and there's stuff later that makes episode 2 a better start IMO. It also means you'll have an episode to watch after you finish the show, because you WILL be wishing for more

Make sure not to miss the 2 specials after season 4, and the special after season 5 as those are very important and you could totally miss them if you aren't being a bit careful.

Watched it with a couple friends early this year, and it became our favourite show. We've done 2 full rewatches just to get other friends to watch the show. If you're even a little bit interested, you should 100% watch it.

you don't have to be that mean to the show. people worked very hard to make an objective masterpiece, and even if you don't personally like it you should still do better than calling it trash. you have to at least recognise the hard work that was put in, and not insult all the fans and creators.
