HOW YOU CAN HELP .ᐟ

stop visiting SeaWorld and their other named locations! boycott anything SeaWorld and sign petitions to stop this company. you can visit ethical zoos where they actually contribute to animal conservation. educate others on the dangers of SeaWorld!

5️⃣ animal SA

SeaWorld forcefully impregnates their dolphins to reproduce. sometimes the females are even drugged so they dont resist heavily. male dolphins are touched by their trainers to obtain semen for these forced pregnancies as well. this is truly disgusting and disturbing.

4️⃣ many park deaths

to date, there have been 16 HUMAN deaths at SeaWorld and approx. 300-400 large marine life deaths. the company has ill-prepared trainers, lack of security, and ill animals. this lead to employee & visitor deaths. there are no documented cases of WILD orcas killing humans!

3️⃣ stealing from nature

SeaWorld started capturing orcas in the 1960s and was stopped by law in 1972. Recently, in 2011 the company stole 10 emperor penguin chicks from Antartica to do “research”. they stole them from their parents and colony, disrupting the natural behaviors of these birds.

2️⃣ inadequate tanks

can you imagine having the freedom of the ocean to then being in a 170 foot long tank? the parking lot is triple the size of these tanks! these small tanks cause mental & physical decline, leading to death. a company that cares more about their parking lot is a red flag 🚩

1️⃣ cut life-span

normally in the wild, orca whales & dolphins can live up to 50~ years! the longest living captive whale at SeaWorld was 40 years old. most of these captives only live to see 20. babies born in captivity live very short lives. they suffer from bacterial & respiratory illnesses.
