The before and after photo collage!
A layout of 12 photos, six of them are of a noticable femme looking gryphon with tan and white fur, freckles, and a brown beak with blue eyes. The other six are of the same character, but more masc looking, and much more of a smile. Their ears are longer and swoop back more, their mane is fluffier, their eyes are a darker shade of blue-grey and they have piercings on their left eyebrow as well as small gauge earrings in their ears.

Here is Kerry's refurbed head reveal! (They/ them pronouns)

- Original foamwork is from 2018, but carved down to be less bulky.
- Redid the beak, eyes & ears.
- Completely new fur.
- New eye mesh painted to better match my eye colour.

Fun fact - Kerry's eyes were meant to be the same colour as mine, but I wasn't skilled enough to do that... until now!

A plasticard eye with a light blue mesh is held up against the head. This was the original mesh and was not painted very well The new eyes, 3d printed and new painted mesh installed into the head. The eye is painted a dark blue-grey with a lighter inner circle, and has more detail.

So I've been working on refurbing my personal head, Kerry - something that was needed as they no longer match their reference sheet, and also needed an overall update on the construction since the head was done in 2018. Quite some time!

A black balaclava is inside a fursuit head. It has exposed foam that has yellowed over age and a small blue pad to help the head fit better. The head now has a fully custom made liner made with light blue scuba knit and custom spandex, with no foam exposed. The inside of the mouth is now pink

Nearly done with the markings on this neck! 26 done so far, 2 spots redone twice and 4 more to go! Photo taken last night, so hopefully by the end of today I'll have all fur on the face cut and ready to sew.

Pequod's wings are done!

They're very comfortable, and weigh 756 grams IN TOTAL including the harness part! The straps are adjustable and help to ensure the wings stay in place - which can be removed for flat storage!

Very pleased with these and how they look :)
