A drawing I made of my OC, Dandelion! Dandelion has metallic silver skin with some rust, light purple markings on his nose and cheeks, and purple eyes with blue pupils. He has cracks on his metal, notably on his lower left cheek and some on his chest, where there are a couple light purple bolts and dark purple lines. They wear a lavender shirt with two thin purple vertical pins and a dark purple v neck opening with a couple of burnt orange laces holding it together. He has on a teal scarf and has pale yellow that fades to an orange pink hair that reaches to the bottom of the neck. Upon his head are solar panels resembling animal ears and his neck has sheets of dark gray panels. He has a curious, calm, and friendly expression.

Not so old art of my OC, Ray! I think this was the first time, or one of the first times, I drew him in full color! His outfit is a little different and he has more freckles now!

I think I lost some of the linework after coloring, maybe I’ll try to go in with thicker lines.

The comic is unfinished, but it starts with two opposing panels of Corrina and the other guy staring. Corrina has short blue hair, gray eyes, and lightish brown skin and the other person has light skin, a scar on his right cheek, messy chin length orange hair, and brown eyes. His expression is mournful while Corrina’s looks like quiet anger. She says “What are you doing here?” As he looks at her sadly. There is a large scene where they look to be on a dramatic hill. The orange haired guy has his back to us and wears a long sleeved red shirt, baggy pants with dark cuffs at the bottom, and plain shoes. His hands are in his pocket. Meanwhile she has on a sleeveless zipped up top and baggy capris with a patch on them and ankle high boots. Her hands are on her hips and she looks mad. The orange haired guy says “I want to talk to you.”Next panel is a close up of Corrina’s face from the side, but only her nose and mouth are visible. She says “You’re the last person I want to talk to… but you know that.” The next panel is a zoomed out view of the scene where she sprint towards him. The final panel shows his nervous, alarmed face in the foreground and Corrina sprinting forward with her fist out, threatening to punch him. She say “Talk to this instead!” He replies, saying “W-Wait, please!” This was made using colored pencils traditionally but I added my signature digitally.

So I finally finished my character reference sheets for Rain! They love changing up their hair and outfits for different looks!

It was a hard finding the right balance for them, I think they usually look different each time I draw them 😅 Still, I hope you like it!

The summer before last I was determined to teach myself how to animate! I’m still very much a beginner, but here was something I made that summer.

A bully was unfortunate enough to do their bullying where Rain could see. Now, Rain is extracting their own vengeance on the bully’s bike. It’ll take a while to get all that honey off…
