It's been getting better, never seen so many wishing harm getting banned or suspended. But there should still be a feedback on it. Keeping track who got banned with clearsky isn't easy. Since it can take a week even for the most serious cases.

We rehabilitated owls and hawks in Finland, windows and football nets the most common hazard. Often students at Schools that found them since there is football fields connected. We had a very docile Owl named Lumi we brought to school for show and tell.
