having to stop and start on the bike over and over had me so tense my legs were about to cramp up, haha. There were even a bike that couldn’t get going on the slope😅, and I saw a car that had crashed on a curve and rolled over.

I rode out to Soni Highland on a motorcycle tour the other day! The susuki (Japanese pampas grass) fields were beautiful, but by the time I arrived I was so worn out that I couldn’t do much hiking. The parking lot for the grasslands was jam-packed, and I got stuck in traffic on a steep uphill—

I was going to get the black one displayed in the store, but then I saw a green one by the register and ended up choosing green after some hesitation.
The staff at this store was very kind 😊

Last time we had a hard time getting there by bus, so this time we took a taxi instead.
It was way too hot last time and I couldn’t even walk around for an hour, but this time I was finally able to take my time and explore!

I went to Shanghai over the weekend!
The weather was nice and cool, and it was so much more comfortable than when I went last September.
This time I took a cruise on the Bund, and the sparkling skyline was truly spectacular!

The way the water reflected the sunset was so unreal — it honestly felt like something out of a dream.
I was totally wiped out afterward, but it was such a great experience.
I also took a ferry to a temple on an island in the lake, and it was absolutely stunning!!

We got a little lost along the way and even ran into a wild deer, but the moment we rode by the lake at sunset was unforgettable.

The temple grounds were incredibly vast, and the autumn leaves had just started to turn. The scenery around the pond was amazing!

The last part of the road was super narrow and had a steep incline, so I stayed in second gear the whole time, feeling pretty nervous — but I made it somehow! 😅

I went to Ishiyama-dera Temple 石山寺 in Shiga Prefecture.
On the way, I rode for a while along a large river through the mountains. The road had continuous winding curves without much change in elevation, which made it incredibly fun to ride.
