More than 30% of NJ residents are non English speakers with 120+languages spoken. The states with more language diversity are CA and TX & followed by NY and FL. Hence why the lower English literacy rates. If you look at household income, lower English literacy does not always mean lower income.
Literacy rates aren’t an exclusive problem of Red states.
California, New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Texas have the lowest literacy rates in the US.

Some people are BIG MAD about this but the fact is inconsiderate tools are decimating Wharton and maintenance was on the taxpayer dime. I enjoy off roading and there are very few spots in Jersey to do so, but there’s a reason why PA and NY trails cost $$ you have to maintain them & it’s expensive

Erm, actually, Elon doesn’t promote FAMILIES having more children, he supports population growth. There is a huge distinction. #1: you care, love & provide for your offspring. #2: akin to a dandelion spreading its seeds. Some consider it a weed, to others it’s beneficial for native species survival

#VisionZero is a strategy to eliminate traffic fatalities by recognizing people will make mistakes so roads should be designed to minimize deaths. Communities that implement VisionZero have realized a drastic reduction in traffic fatalities.
