Could not have asked for better and more interesting weather when some colleagues and I went for a photo walk yesterday. Heavy fog, light fog, haze, clear sun, under the shadow of the mountain - we got to try a lot of different conditions!

I spent a few pre-storm hours checking out the brutalist concrete architecture of Simon Fraser University. The day was fairly colorless to begin with, but these shapes seem to lend themselves to this kind of black-and-white treatment.
