They also basically said offers over valuation are good and they have no interest in addressing it. In Edinburgh offers are often 15%+ over value, so you need 20% of value in cash even with the 95% mortgages, which is obscene tbh. We're in such a housing market bubble, and it's going to crash hard.

Not to get into papal politics but I'd love to know why Pope Francis wrote *two* letters to Cardinal Becciu, rather than just one.
Also kinda sad we're not in the middle ages because this could be peak Antipope era.

These are the beautiful letters I received from my own personal tooth fairy, Rosebud, who also acted as a precursor to elf on the shelf, apparently. Very glad my mum preserved these vital pre-bureaucracy fairy documents, c. 1999-2002.

I applied for an evening course and they asked for evidence of my previous qualifications, so I asked if they only want the minimum requirements (GCSEs) or everything.
They haven't replied, so I feel like a knob sending a million certificates to apply for an evening course 🥲

I was trying to read about something relatively unrelated to fascism, and instead landed on Oswald Mosely explaining how corporate fascism would make Britain 'Greater Britain', and oh boy doesn't it sound familiar. Although Mosely spoke in political theory terms, rather than ket-fueled rants.

A couple of other ones, again looking at the budget for training and staffing around DEI. The fact that they're asking these now, after years of these programmes existing, isn't a coincidence. Best casse scenario they're trying to get a headline by fueling anti-DEI hate like the US.

I was looking for other things, but one of the things I also found was Tories asking about diversity, equality, and inclusion budgets in public bodies, which rings alarm bells for me given the whole crusade against DEI in the US.

One person referred to it as part of their "make up routine". WHAT.
I looked up the active ingredient in the one they're talking about and it works by reducing fluid in the eye. That seems bad!!!

Also, as someone who *loves* small cafes, I can only see a really narrow seating area where you can't sit opposite someone, and that lighting would give me a headache. If they have more seating, they don't have pictures up. Some basic market research of what people like when sitting in a cafe!
