It must be sad for Joni Ernst and Kim Reynolds the first woman senator and the first woman governor from Iowa. Joni’s approval rating is less than 40% and Kim’s approval rating as a governor is the lowest in the nation. They were going to make an impact, I guess they did, not the way they hoped.

Dave’s loyalty to Treinen, might be due to last year’s WS game 5. It is easy to second guess a manager. We can all say what they should do after the fact. We can blame Treinen, but we have some guys not carrying the load hitting. We hit we win. This whole playoff run has been excruciating painful.

What an uninformed stat post season homeruns. Mantle had 18 and Ruth had 15 in WS! The rest of those
guys had several rounds of playoffs. Separate them. WS and rounds of playoffs. Typical MLB they can never distinguish or get out of their own way on the game.
