this took way too much of my life but i have now successfully gotten the vgpu guest driver running in talos
screenshot of `kubectl get node k8s -o json | jq .status.nodeInfo`, showing a node running talos v1.11.1. then i create a debug pod from one of nvidia's cuda containers with a `runtimeClassName: nvidia` and run `nvidia-smi` to show that it sees an RTXA6000-16Q vgpu, and the license status is valid.
