I once walked a Capitol Hill in DC with a friend with kids in the neighborhood . People came from all over . Probably 1000 or more. It was wild! Great costumes and yard decorations! Festive!

This looks cool. I'm someone who has lived in a new apartment building with well-used common spaces , and the building management employed people who cleaned those common areas. Do you know if that is the case with this new project, or must the residents cooperate to clean common areas ?
