I may have to go that route to I’m also getting assessed for adhd and sensory issues been on list a year now can take up to 2 years apparently. the sleep thing is bonkers to 🍀🤍🙏

It really is a good community not used to folk being so nice wee bit overwhelming my councillor at cp is not well so waiting to get referral back to psychiatrist thanks for reaching out hugs 🍀🤍🙏

Hey thanks so much I really appreciate it had a particularly hard night last night it seems to be the night time I’ve had lots of trauma since childhood that mixed with other stuff gets on top of me and no sleeping is a nightmare dont like the dark thanks for reaching out Hugs 🍀🤍🙏
