If a single Data Center rack for #AI might consume more power than most small towns (>100kW), and cooling is a significant part (~30-40%), then what combination of technologies is going to be required: Direct-to-Chip cooling, Liquid immersion cooling, Rear door heat exchangers, Two-phase cooling?
