They put a "sexually suggestive" label on the artwork I shared, but it's not censoring me. It just means it doesn't show up for any followers who don't have their adult content turned on. Could be useful for you to make a post and remind your followers. Settings - Moderation - Enable Adult Content.

What did they censor? I've had no issues posting explicit artwork, and saw a full-on real boner in my feed a few days ago. Haha.

No problem! Took me a minute to navigate everything on here and get used to it. I'm just pumped I don't have to worry about censorship when it comes to movies anymore.

You go to settings, then moderation, and you can enable seeing adult content in your feed. Nudity seems cool here!
