As a nonprofit CEO, if no one is miffed at me I’m not working hard enough or asking enough of those around me. If everyone’s comfortable & happy, we’re probably not advancing the ball on equity & access.
The difference? I worry more about protecting “my people” happy & very little about the oppo.
