And the people who make that assumption about government workplaces are probably people who have little or no moral substance to them—who thus fail to understand that the kind of mission-driven work that government employees do will often motivate them to go above and beyond their assigned duties.

I think all states in the U.S. would be blue if the Democratic Party hadn’t been taken over by neoliberal shit-asses. We need more people like AOC, Tlaib, Pressley, and Omar in the party so that we can win back voters.
