I suppose if you are meeting people in the more general TTRPG circles Pathfinder would be more then likely be as they are the 2nd biggest group next to the D&D crowd. It does seem like a sizeable amount Vtubers specifically are into Pathfinder as well, might come with inhabiting characters.

I feel like being a Tiny instantly makes you a dependent of another, but who is to say about hypothetical guardianship laws.

I prefer HP if there is Life Steal, and Defense if you the game allows for degenerate full tank strats. Elemental Resistance I enjoy as well on gear, but not as a part of a build unless it is a TTRPG or thematic to the rest of the build.
