I would agree that the Federal Budget is bloated and needs cuts to rein it in, but Trumps Ready shoot Aim policy is not the way to do it.
Allot of the bloat can be summed up in the Pork projects that are commonly attached to legislation, not USAID, or the FBI, and Intelligence Agencies.

I believe Trump see’s the courts stays on his Executive orders as a minor impediment to be navigated around or outright ignored.
The Rule of Law is not a rule to him.
