You presented things that didn't support your argument. Sanders saying "What we need is a woman who has the guts to stand up to Wall Street, to the insurance companies, to the drug companies, to the fossil fuel industry" is not him saying "identity politics for minorities/democrats is bad".

Starting off with a Republican op-ed sure is a way to establish whether you're capable of or willing to engage in good faith.

You have yet to offer any examples of "the far left" being the ones decrying identity politics rather than the legions of centrist Dems who have gone on record doing so.

If you were smarter and better informed, you would have noticed all the articles written by centrist Dems saying that embracing identity politics is bad, and calling for the party to reject leftists and progressives in favor or appealing to moderate Republicans and independents.

I haven't seen leftists or progressives jump on that bandwagon. But I have seen an appallingly high number of centrist Dems who hate leftists and progressives do that.
