About CE, welp I actually love her for how she is a mystery herself in both book and pjm. Sure she's selfish, toxic in her own way but that's where her charms comes with.
And the way she sacrifices herself only for Heath to be saved actually makes me like her more, tbh. Symbolizing lots of things.

And when I stopped hating on Canto VI I actually felt that my understandings for Heath's character deepening more as I reviewed it again sometimes to look for some clues.

It was the reason why I chose Pansexual for Ishmael when it comes to sexuality headcanons, not to be special but how I think her way of loving others (Quee/Heath) does comes out like that.

Which to me is also way too simplified, literally kills off the in-depths you could really see in their precious bosom friends relationships from both pjm and the book to me.

Honestly if you have to ask me I'd say viewing these two in romantic only is definitely gonna get yourself to dead end given they didn't really work out in pure romances as they're way deeper and further than just romance.
