*Even if* he's right and this is an ineffective way to run a campaign, isn't this a race with multiple good progressive candidates? So, a great chance for one of them to try something like this; win or lose, it'll help people, and the district can still get a perfectly good representative.

It's worse! He said later that what he actually meant was "give me questions to ask the AI about the code and I'll tell you what it says"!

Given the pictures from Platner's coverup...

Holy shit, that's unbelievably blatant. Really hard to believe that happened by accident or, like, naive unawareness of the implication. Just not plausible.

Sure, and "laser focus" on a dozen races. Those candidates will totally look like a new national movement instead of the hand-picked puppets of a widely loathed billionaire who thinks he can buy elections. It worked in Wisconsin, right?

How's the math work on that $5-10 billion claim? NY income tax rates are just a hair over 10% as far as I can tell, which means for 100 people to have that effect, their average income would have to be on the order of $1 billion each. Seems unlikely there even are 100 such people in the city.

Do you even have to be 65+ or high risk? CVS gave me a booster this week, and the only thing they asked was if I had any COVID vaccine in the last two months. They also said this wouldn't prevent me from getting boosted this fall.

(Maybe I'm misreading which booster you're talking about, though.)

Oh yeah, Paul would absolutely be that guy who picks fights over circumcision at the drop of a hat. And somehow manages to work homophobia and slut-shaming into that discourse too.

I'm not a lawyer. Is it bad when a judge starts something with "It continues to come to my attention..."?

But then if someone knows that this is how you authenticate time travelers, they can talk you into getting a whole bunch of random tattoos that you may or may not want.
