I worry there will be financial pressure to sell older smaller homes like ours which are great first homes (though we have been in ours for 33 years) to be torn down and replaced with apartments without any yards.

We don’t need a giant Kroger nearby. We used to have a small grocery store on the corner of Packard and Stadium called Food & Drug that really nice.

Also I could be wrong but it seems like the plan is all about apartments. What about people who prefer a small (1000 sq ft) house who want a backyard for gardening and a few chickens?

What really wants the 15 minute city. Does the comprehensive plan get me a grocery store nearby? Love Argus Farmstop which is near but not really a practical grocery store.

Yes but my street is off Packard and I believe is in the transition zone allowing more stories.
