Yes, I believe it was prerendered like Donkey Kong Country, but you have a wider range of motion because it's not a side scroller.

Mario RPG on the SNES was mind blowing at the time because the isometric view and character models made the game appear to be 3D. The writing and animation during story scenes is funny, and the gameplay is fun.

Great choice; I missed out on that when it came out, but was introduced to it by a college roommate. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars on the SNES was my first RPG. That might be one your oldest could handle. The follow up, Paper Mario on the N64, is also a simple RPG lite game.

We've had AI since the 60s. Google used to be a leader in AI. Now you can't trust any search results from them. I don't know that Google can even build back the trust they lost after not immediately rolling these garbage releases back to a stable model. We'll forever have to check their answers.

+1 to Steven's answer. My wife hasn't played any of the games, but she thoroughly enjoyed season 1. You can watch the show without any knowledge of the games.

How dare the museum not have things about the future? Everyone knows you go to the museum to see how bright your future is. 🤡 Acknowledging the past is not weakness, but failing to learn from it will certainly cause problems in our future.
